I had an initial interview with HR, she told me I would hear back from them in 2-3 days. I followed up after a week had passed as I still had not heard back. They told me the recruitment process was taking longer than expected and I should expect to hear back from them towards the end of the week. After nearly three weeks, I still have not heard anything back. I have read a couple of reviews in here saying they had the same experience...This shows a complete lack of respect for candidates who took the time to apply and interview at your company. If a process is going to take longer than expected, you should inform your candidates, keep in touch - an email does not take that much of your time. Same goes with rejecting a candidate, you should at least take the time to inform them over an email...

Applied online, their internal recruiter/HR reached out and set up an interview with me. I feel the interview went great. I was told I should hear back from them about coming in for an interview in 3-4 days. After 7 days, I follow up and was told the process is taking longer than expected and they will get back to me in a week. No response. Exactly a month later I send another follow up email. Same as before, no response. And the job ad was relisted. I find this extremely unprofessional. After the interview and researching the company, I was excited about to prospect of working here. But now this whole experience has left a negative taste in my mouth about this company.
