When I came in for the interview, I was dressed trendy but casual. I was asked questions off a paper from whom I later knew as my store manager. The store had another employee present that ran the floor while the interview took place. After the interview, the store manager had a realistic talk with me, saying that she would rather hire me as a keyholder. Later in the week, I got a call saying the job was mine.
