Someone contacted me via Linkedin and explained to me that they went thoroughly through my CV and liked my background. Then before scheduling the interview I received 4 different questions about the same thing that required at least 20 minutes of typing and had literally nothing to do with my background. These people are mass messaging candidates and try to go through the whole interview process via LinkedIn chat and chatgpt. I don't care to know what happens after that...
