The interview process consisted of an introduction interview with one of the 'People Operations' team members, a second interview with the hiring manager of the specific position, a project related to the role I was applying for, and then a final interview with the team leader and member of the team. Overall the interview process was great! I felt comfortable through the entirety of the process and each person I spoke with was warm and welcoming.

The hiring team at Trainual is awesome to work with! Throughout the process the questions and exercises presented helped them get to know me, and also helped me learn more about Trainual. Their interview process is thorough without being exhaustive, and it leaves you with a clear snapshot of who they are, their values, mission, and what they're looking for.
