      Entrevista

      I was in Interview in Company Trakcel from March - May 2024. 1st round - Informal interview for 30 minutes Cleared the 1st round and proceed to 2nd round 2nd round - Online Assessment of 90 minutes Cleared the 2nd round and proceed to 3rd round 3rd round (Final Stage) - F2F interview in Cardiff office with Manager, HR and couple of senior Test Engineers(14 May 2024) They have given me 2 exercise to complete and represent my findings Infront of them. Some experienced based questions and competency based questions While giving presentation they said impressive and excellent. 28 May 2024 I got rejection email: On 29 May 2024 I send then feedback request email: Hi All, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to interview with your company. While I am disappointed not to have been selected, I remain very interested in pursuing a career with Trakcel in the future. To help me improve and better prepare for upcoming opportunities, I would greatly appreciate any feedback you could provide regarding my interview performance and the reasons for the final decision. Understanding these insights would be invaluable for my professional growth. Now Its 5 Days no reply, no feedback I received. I have applied more than thousands of applications from past few months. In that only 3 to 4 applications were successful. I was in the interview process and some I have cleared 1 round, 2 round. But I got rejected somehow with any reason, with any feedback. So I was learning from those failures. I was not taking it negatively, I was taking it motivationally. And I was working on those feedback which I receiving from the previous interviews. And putting all in my further in future interviews. So we planned our journey to Cardiff. Me and my partner, we both went to the Cardiff. We booked a coach, hotel,cab and food it cost 200 pound. And we both drop our one and a half day shift which cost us around 300 to 400 pound. So we make all these expenditure from our side just to go for and face-to-face interview in Cardiff. In first two rounds the hiring team can not find out I am suitable for the role or not. My question is genuinely there was a need for F2F interview what ever they have done in interview all things can be done on Virtual meeting I spend around £ 500 In return I got rejection without any feedback. I asked the feedback they dint bothered. It is painful for the candidate please don't play with candidate career, emotions. Please don't ghost the candidate. They should reimburse the expenditure but I am not asking for that. I think and deserve Trakcel should provide my feedback. Why they rejected me?

      1st round - Informal interview for 30 minutes (basic introduction, Why you feel your skills and experience make you the right person for the role?, All basic to in- depth manual testing questions). I have also asked some questions like: what soft and hard skills for the candidate you looking? About Company, its projects and future projects. Asked about further interview rounds and process. Cleared the 1st round and proceed to 2nd round 2nd round - Online Assessment of 90 minutes with(English, testing reasoning, etc.) Cleared the 2nd round and proceed to 3rd round 3rd round - F2F interview in Cardiff office with Manager, HR and couple of senior Test Engineers(14 May 2024) (Final Stage) They have given me 2 exercise to complete and represent my findings Infront of them. Some experienced based questions and competency based questions like (Agile and team related, any critical situation you faced, test management tool, what your future plan for next 5 years and have manged a team before. )
