Entrevista
Overall the process is organized from the recruiting side. Once you get to the in-person interview, then it gets a little disorganized. There is a clear agenda, but it is unlikely everyone will show up at their designated time or at all. HR is VERY slow and tends to not follow up in a timely manner or sometimes doesn't call altogether. There is little help in the onboarding process since everything has to basically be submitted via a request or ticket on their internet site. There is a lot of "self-service" once you are hired.

I am an interviewer most of the time now and the questions are pretty generic for trendy, behavioral based interview questions. If you prepare with about 5 or 6 different situations where you had some adversity, what you did to overcome, and what the results were, then you are golden. Even if it's one of the dreaded 'what is your weakness' questions, just make the situation into a positive learning experience and you should be alright.

Entrevista
One on one interview, then group interview on Microsoft Teams meeting, interviewers were able to answer questions I had , and was very informative. Provided a great overview on company’s practices and their processes.
Job selection is very biased and they usually know who they are going to hire for the position before it's even posted. It's all about who you know. I had more experience and education and was turned down for a position because they said I didn't have enough experience on the floor. This wasn't true. The person they hired had less experience and was only beginning their education. I had a Bachelor degree in business. A couple months later they hired someone with absolutely no experience in the field or on the manufacturing floor and didn't even understand how the Bill of Materials worked. He was related to the Plant Manager. Attend the secret parties, become drinking buddies, and schmooze with the top dogs and you'll do great. Otherwise the interview is just for show.
