Entrevista
Interviewed the day after my campus career fair. Met with a current ADP who graduated from my school and the university recruiter for operations. Typical 30 minute behavioral interview. After a few weeks was contacted to have a phone interview with a hiring manager. That interview was a little more technical, it got into what background and interests I had. It was really to see if I was a good fit for the project he had in mind. Received an offer right after the phone interview. I really appreciated how open the recruiter was throughout the whole process.

What makes you interested in operations and what kind of background would help you in an operations role?
Multiple rounds of interviews and interview formats (i.e. group interviews, case study, one on one interviews, etc.). You should know the different products that the company produces. It is beneficial to review general behavior based interview questions prior to the interviews.

Trane came to our career fair. I had a next day interview with a manager from the Trenton, NJ plant. The interview consisted of behavioral questions and questions about how I work in team.

Entrevista
There were about 6 questions that I was asked, but they kind of all related to one another. For the intern level, they only asked behavioral questions and as long as you're prepared with different scenarios the behavioral questions aren't all that hard.
