2 phone interviews with traders followed by an invitation for a full-day visit at their office with 6 interviews and lunch. was told that I passed all the tests but wasn't given an offer quite yet as they gave me an additional python assignment of 4-6 weeks Had to follow-up several times to finally get a final feedback. Received a NO by e-mail without any comments. Very high turnover and very poor feedback from ex-employees. Based on the behavior I've seen from the management, I can't recommend applying to TMG or just keep your expectations very low about them.
