Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela TransPerfect (San Francisco, CA) em abr. de 2014
Entrevista
A series of phone interviews (3 total), a single in person interview with a "final eye" test. First phone call is the HR person. HR person set me up for an in-person interview at the San Francisco office where I took another "final eye" test. The test is basically an attempt to see if you have the required attention to detail to review files before sending them to clients (to catch mistakes). After this was a second phone call with a manager, and then a third with a more senior manager. In my case it would be my future department manager, and then the senior VP that she reported to. After that, a phone call came with a formal offer.

They asked how I would deal with a situation where I have to deliver files at the same time for two different jobs that would require time to finalize.

very long, 5+interviews, and then they don't get back to you soon enough. HR tells you what you want to hear then they don't follow through on the benefits mentioned.

Entrevista
Very lenghty process with several follow ups with no response. Turnover is I understand very high. Could be a good stepping stone as a junior but that is all. Team seem alright.
I did lots of interviews, got great feedback on each one. After the final one I was ghosted for weeks without a response. I reached out and they eventually replied and lowballed me with an insulting offer, much lower than normal for the role. I will never apply to work for them again. I think they were holding out to get someone cheaper.
