It was basic questions 1. Tell me about yourself 2. What are your strengths and weaknesses personally or professionally? 3. Why TransPerfect? I just took the 1st HR Screening interview. The interview questions were typical screening aspects and also checking the candidate's english level.

Avoid this company no matter how desperate you are. Highly outdated process with very rude interviewers. One interviewer did not even turn on camera for the interview. Does this company have any respect for the time and effort people put in when interviewing? They also asked questions such as "How much do you want this job out of 10" , Clearly they are seeing how desperate people are to work in a toxic environment. I would highly recommend to avoid contact with this company.

Phone interview, followed by criteria test and an in person test with the staff and senior growth manager. Phone interview isn't too bad just getting to know you. Criteria test was about 30mins, just basic IQ questions - problem solving and mental maths.
