A "Senior Recruiter" tried to sell me that EVERYONE in the organization, from entry level to C-Level is compensated on a draw. I asked how that goes along with their pitch of a six-figure SALARY and they got very frustrated. They used the old 'it's probably not a good fit'. Of course it isn't, especially when you misrepresent the opportunity!
