Entrevista
It was a very long process. First I sent my CV, then I had 2 phone interviews, one attitudinal tests and one translation tests. After these, very long process where I had to send my documents and other paper signed.
They were still not happy (I was European applying for a job in Europe), and the contacted 2 line managers of my previous jobs for written references.
Once they got all that, I finally had to go for a face to face interview.

First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.

5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
