Casual, over the phone interview. Had a pre-screen with HR first, then one-on-one with one of the top officers. It was clear that my resume had been read carefully, and all questions seemed relevant and related to stated job duties. No surprises.

Absolutely terrible experience from a candidate's perspective. Two separate processes and twice experienced being ignored for weeks, without answers nor feedback. Recruiters and managers purely wasting candidate's time with pointless calls.
