I had a three-step interview process. The first was a friendly 15-minute HR call in English and Cantonese about my CV, where she scheduled a Zoom interview for the next round. In the second round, two team managers also asked about my CV and my understanding of the Business Analyst role, clarifying that most work would involve product development rather than data analysis. After a week, I followed up with HR and was scheduled for a face-to-face interview with the Director. The Director was late and seemed rushed during the meeting. I sent a follow-up email a week later, and HR replied that they were still interviewing candidates but didn't provide further updates or a rejection email.
