Interview was scheduled at 11 AM but first round happened at 1:30 PM. Its very challenging to get the gate pass in DLF IT entrance and park the car in visitor parking etc. etc.,. Despite of all I was there in their premises by 11:05 AM. I complained to the consultancy personal who arranged for the interview around 1 PM saying not even single round of interview happened till now. Then they called me for the interview in next couple of minutes. The interviewer did not have positive mindset(may be because I complained about the delay). No questions were related to the JD that had been given. Interviewer asked some random questions looking at my resume. Suggestion - If you say its scheduled pls try to get the interview done on time or at least 1 hour of delay is acceptable. But the interview happened like walk-in(FCFS). And don't get irritated if we complain about the delay. Because time matters for everyone just because people are seeking jobs that doesn't mean you can take it granted. Kind request. Thanks!
