I applied online and had a phone screen with someone from HR soon after. I was brought in the next week to meet with the team. I interviewed individually with each of them. Everyone was pleasant. The next week, I had a phone interview with another team member, then was asked to send in a writing sample. Never got an official rejection despite repeatedly following up with HR and being told a decision was imminent.

First had a call from the recruiter who set up the interview. Went through two rounds. One with the manager and another with a team member. Simple process and not high pressure.
