Entrevista
I received an online assessment on Friday with only two days left to take the test. I had university exam deadlines so I emailed back on Tuesday asking if I could still take the assessment. To this I received a generic reply saying thank you for applying and we have moved forward with other candidates. Most companies are considerate enough to give time for the assessments and don’t assume that you’ve nothing else to do, it’s almost like TransUnion doesn’t care at all. I wouldn’t even consider them for a full time role after this experience.
Thank you for bringing these concerns to light. We’re working hard to improve our interview process, so situations like this don’t happen again.
