Two rounds of technical. First round with their Technical head. Its covers everything from Java features to design and architect related questions. Some scenarios based questions. First round was good and interviewer was a knowledgeable person and highly professional. In the second technical round, the interviewer was mostly a non technical person but trying to ask technical questions. Even for senior technical/architect position he was asking fresher level questions like java syntex, bit byte etc. Also he was behaving like the owner/ ceo of the company. He was expecting like yes boss kind of response. And the HR person who is always on that discussion bahaving like the HR head of Microsoft or Google. Very unprofessional and rude. I have disconnect the call due their unprofessional behaviour. Interview was scheduled for one hour but it went through 1.5 hour. I didn't expected any response nor they provided any. In their website thay have mentioned fair hiring process but that is only in papers. Proper technical people should avoid this organisation as its wastage of time.
