Interview had three rounds two technical and one HR round. After HR round and salary discussion they promised to release the offer letter. But after two days they diceded to not move forward without giving any reason

Interviewed with the technical recruiter. It was good. I sensed some hesitation around changes about mergers and acquisitions that recently happened with the company.
Later week I was sent schedule technical interview. Even sent a reminder a day before. On the day of interview, I joined the team link sent to me and I waited and waited and waiter. Interviewer was a no show. I texted the recruiter, who has been pretty good about responding the other day, of course did not reply. Very unprofessional.
