The screening call with HR was really nice and explained a lot about the benefits and other stuff. The recruiter told me a bit more about the position. Nonetheless, the second call was really disappointing. The hiring manager was very rude and his English was very poor, I struggled to understand what he wanted to say. Besides he treated me like garbage and when asking me questions, he was saying "you have 1 min to answer". Made multiple questions about networking issues, etc despite being a dba role. And when I suggested to talk about my experience with databases he got mad and said that was part of a different interview. One of the worst interviews I ever had. My suggestion is that you guys need to work on soft skills.
