The process started with a screening call and moved on to the mid-manager interview. Next, I met with the senior manager. The process was very typical, not particularly difficult. They asked questions about specific areas of experience and you could tell they were trying to match a personality fit. In the end, after 3 interviews, I had to chase a reply. Professionally, I feel they should have reached out whether I was successful or not.
