The interview process consisted of two components, a technical interview, and a motivational interview. The technical interview consisted of a few basic problem-solving questions (similar to that of IQ tests), some basic programming questions, and SQL query construction-related questions. The motivational interview was just some simple questions about what motivated you and what projects you did/ were interested in.
