Hiring manager did a quick screening call with an overview of the role and benefits. Video interview with direct manager with behavioral interview questions. Then second video interview with direct manager and manager from another team. There were about 30 minutes off of "tell me about a time" behavioral questions. After a while, the questions and answers became repetitive and/or overlapped. They seemed to be following a script.
