I’d like to share my interview experience with this company. Even though I didn’t get the offer, I was left with a genuinely positive impression of the whole process. From the very beginning, communication with the HR team was super fast and friendly. Everything was clear, with no delays or confusion. The first interview was an intro call, where they told me about the company, the QA team, and the responsibilities for the role. They also asked about my background, availability, and salary expectations. The vibe was very relaxed, and I got feedback shortly after. I was moving on to the next round. The second interview was technical, and honestly, I really liked how they organized it. I expected rapid-fire questions from the start, but instead, they gave me 3–4 pages of tasks and questions to write my thoughts down. Then we went over everything together, it was more of a discussion. The questions were about API, databases, testing theory, and a couple of small practical tasks. It was thoughtful and different from most technical interviews I’ve had. I had prepared for a lot of behavioral questions, but there weren’t any, which was unexpected in a good way. After the interview, I didn’t get an offer, but they gave me helpful and honest feedback on what I could improve. That meant a lot. Throughout the process, I felt supported and respected. It was clear that the team did everything they could to make sure I didn’t feel overwhelmed or stressed. Overall, it was one of the most comfortable and well-organized interview experiences I’ve had, even if the outcome wasn’t what I hoped for.
