Simple, efficient and straight to the point. They mostly ask about driving experience. And if you have driven anything that is comparable with the city bus. The process is actually pretty fast also.

I was interviewed by a 21 year old, who happened to be the owner's granddaughter. Although she was very pleasant, and professional, her grandfather was not. He was arrogant, and pompous.

Very welcoming, nice people in this company. I was greeted by everyone that passed me. Not one employee passed me by without asking if they could do something to assist me. I do miss working for this company.

Very long wait for back ground check and drug screen. Short question and wait to notify you when they want you to come in for an interview and to start training. Things have changed but this was over 20yrs ago
