It was a 2-stage process. The first interview was with their HR officer and was more or less just an informal chat and the 2nd stage was the technical interview with their principal engineer and the manager of the project I worked on.
There was no coding test, instead they asked me questions about my experience, they showed me some problems they were facing with the project I'd be on and asked my opinion on how to go about resolving those problems.
It honestly felt more like a consultancy call than an interview. It was actually a really enjoyable process.
