Entrevista
It was simple and straight forward. First you would be given a test that relates to CSR and two custom made test. Example; A customer is angry and wants his money back what do you tell him. Second ; A company needs information on how to open an account. And then finally an interview with the HR. Tell us about your self, your achievements and what are your flaws . I feel you should just give them the truth and be polite. Then your skills and review your skills.
