Interview was fairly straight forward, was supposed to have a panel interview with HR contact, the person who would be my supervisor and the department VP. VP was unavailable that day so the brought me back a few weeks later for interview with them. The panel interview asked some pretty standard questions along with having a personality test immediately before hand. The second interview focused mainly on my prior work in the field. After the panel interview, they took me on a tour of the R&D department and let me meet the team, in addition to discussing the position more in depth. All in all, the initial interview took nearly 3 hours.
