There were two rounds of in person Interview and an initial phone call. The second in person interview was with the entire management. The interviews were conducted in their Brooklyn Navy Yard office.

One phone call, followed by one in-person in-office interview. He pitched me and I fell for it, without paying close enough attention to his comment that it was a "high-turnover industry."

Entrevista
Formal and candid. It was a dialogue beginning with the introduciton of the company and what they are looking for. We shared common practices and work ethics. Ultimately, I was invited to an in person interview.
