Zuerst habe ich ein telefonisches Gespräch mit einem H&R Manager geführt, da wurden mir allgemeine Fragen zu meiner ehemaligen Erfahrungen gestellt. Danach wurde ich zum einem persönlichen Bewerbungsgespräch eingeladen. Das wurde von einem Abteilungsmanager geführt.

After applying online, I received an email and set phone interview within few days. The first interview was quiet general and introductory, about my self an motivation. In the same week I have got an invitation for a face to face interview in Worgl. Here I was surprised about the unprofessional way of how the interview was kept by the human resources . I was asked superficial questions, personal and offensive to anyone intelligence. I am glad that we didn't settle!
