Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) em abr. de 2015
Entrevista
I've applied for a Scrum Master position after seeing the job advertised on Linkedin. 10 days later I received an email inviting me for a "Customer Experience Recruitment event" at London Transport Museum. 4 days later I went to the event. There were around 50 people who applied for different technology opportunities. We had a chance to meet Product Owners, Developers, Directors, etc. It was a really interesting evening, as we could get to know the company and some employees. I left the place feeling that TFL was a company I would love to work for. I was expecting some contact from TFL to say what were the next steps. Nothing for a week. Contacted them back and only got an answer 15 days after the event. The person said they were checking all the CVs and would get in contact in 2 weeks time. It's been a month now. No answer, no feedback, no yes/no, nothing.
It's a shame as the event showed a really promising way of recruiting talents.

Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Transport for London (Greenwich, Inglaterra) em jun. de 2018
Entrevista
I run an Agile business for some time now and by accident (never have been contacted and have been informed that the "Team" really likes me. I have not even had an initial interview whatsoever), I have been invited for an interview. At first, all sounded reasonable except for the fact that I have been interviewed by a Senior Scrum Master who had raised from a TFL's Apprentice program in 6 months. I have 4 years of experience and I have interviewed Scrum Masters myself. Very poor questionnaire. I still remember a task that I had to solve in 30 minutes. It was a conflict-related with no correct answer. The truth was related to the quality of the product with no further calculations needed. Such a conclusion can be obtained after years of experience. This behavior left an impression in me that they just needed to follow some company's policies i.e. having some random interviews to fill someone's schedule up. I have been provided with no feedback and I found this extremely unprofessional. Also, I tried to hide and save some tricks I learned through my experience as I knew that the interviewers wanted to extract some value from me for free. I had such cases before and did not bite the bait. Potential interviewees beware but if you have some spare time go for it.

Getting into details about team velocity all members suggest different actions to be undertaken. The tester was complaining about the quality of the product.
