Application form Aptitude tests: Numerical reasoning, situational judgement Video interview: 5 questions, competency based Assessment centre: Group task, written task, 10 minute prepared presentation & 20 mins questions (questions split roughly 50:50, half on presentation and half competency based questions), interview, procurement knowledge test. Sounds cliché but be yourself, relax, enjoy the process. Don't expect to have an answer for everything, I certainly didn't. Communicate effectively and make it clear that this is a job you really want.

Fairly standard online application similar to other graduate schemes, followed by online testing, again not too hard and fairly standard compared to other graduate schemes I applied for. Then a video interview, which was very easy and i heard back from within 3 days that i'd passed through to assessment day. A week before the assessment day received information on the presentation I needed to prepare, I found this particularly hard as the instructions and information was very limited.The assessment day included a written task, group task, presentation and individual interview.
