Good communication, asked a lot of questions about my past. Explained that you have “rain pay” but you must accrue it over the first year. Said, they try and work everyone when it rains but thats not always the case
it was an in person interview. they prefer you speak spanish, because most of the employees speak spanish. overall it was about 30 min to 1 hour interview. HR was nice and there was only 1 round of interviews.
