Entrevista
The recruitment process began with an online application, followed by an initial HR screening call.
The next stage was an interview with the Financial Controller, which focused mainly on technical accounting knowledge and practical experience. Questions were based on real-life accounting scenarios, previous responsibilities, and problem-solving approaches.
The final stage involved meeting with the CFO. This discussion was more focused on my interest in joining the company, my career motivations, and what attracted me to the position and organisation overall.

The interview process was not very well structured overall. The discussions themselves were friendly and focused on technical experience and problem-solving, but communication after the interviews could have been handled better.
After waiting for a few weeks, I received a rejection without detailed or constructive feedback, which made the overall candidate experience disappointing.
