Had almost an hour Teams meeting initial interview with two people. Seemed to have gone fine enough. When I emailed to check in on how they were feeling, one person told me I will be contacted with next steps then the other person was telling me they wanted someone with more experience. More experience is understandable but don't confuse future interviewees. Also, don't wait 2 weeks for them to reach out to you... if you don't want to move forward just say it.
