Seems like the recruiters are only interested to know about the same hiring that they are doing there even at the age of AI they still feel dependent on old fashioned way of searching like boolean. I will recommend them to listen the candidate as well. It is not necessary that they may have worked on the same skills that the trantor recruitment team is hiring for.
