I have heard about individuals going through multi-round interviews and then getting ghosted, but it had never happened to me until I applied for a position at Destify. I applied online, and was sent a first round automated question and answer session. That was followed by three rounds of interviews with different individuals that ranged 30 to 45 minutes each. The process took about one week total. The interviews were conversational and seemed to focus more on personality compatibility than qualifications. Each person I met with virtually was friendly, and easy to talk with which was nice. I sent a thank you email after each round, and would still say it was a pleasant experience if they had been courteous enough to follow up afterward. However, no word after essentially four rounds is just unprofessional. There was one thing that I felt was misrepresented in the job listing. It was posted as a "salary plus commission" pay structure. Through the interview process, I discovered that the commission only kicked in after the sales quota was met. To me, this is more of a "salary plus bonus" situation, and not the same thing.

The interview process is very thorough, yet professional and fun! Everyone I interviewed with was personable, intelligent, kind, and deeply dedicated to the company’s vision and its future success. I was impressed by both the Human Resource and the Sales and Management teams. The company culture is centered around providing its customers with top notch, exemplary customer service and care. During the interview process, I was impressed to see that all of my interviewers lead by example and exhibited this same respect and care towards myself as a candidate. Their genuineness was refreshing, and their positivity and team unity was infectious.
