I applied online and got a phone call setting up a phone interview that day. The phone interview was nothing - just going over my resume and she said she would send me to the hiring manager. After a week I got a call saying that I will be getting a face to face interview, but they would call with the details. 4 days later someone called to schedule an interview for 2 weeks away. The interview consisted of 3 dual person one hour interviews and was supposed to end with me meeting some guy for 30 minutes. The 3rd guy was supposedly called away on an emergency so that got cancelled, but we saw him in the hall when they were leading me out. The description on the job ad was very vague, but it sounded like they wanted someone with my skills, especially from what I learned in the phone interview. The first group of people I met with seemed like they wanted one type of position, the next two something different, and the third 2 people could not think of anything to ask me. They just kept laughing between themselves. The second group of people in particular annoyed me because it seemed that one guy just wanted to emphasize how all knowing and valuable he was and the other guy didn't say anything but was all worried about getting out of the room in time to pick up his kids from school. The entire thing seemed mismanaged and haphazardly organized - all in all a total waste of my time. What they need to do is say what they really want in their job ad - not depend on some BS spit out by their automated system. Then, instead of just wanting to fill an entire afternoon with a bunch of interviews, maybe limit it to four people max. The last 2 interviews were a waste (the 2 laughing guys and the 1 no show guy I spent 15 minutes waiting for). I do not appreciate having my time wasted.
Even if offered a position, I would not want to work there because of the way this was set up. Also, this particular division seemed like it could be blown away at any time. They seemed only to be kept around because the head of the division had some sort of clout with the main company. If that guy retired or left I would be very worried about working there. I almost wanted to call my HR contact and complain but I am just dropping the whole thing. At least one good thing out of it is that I appreciate my current co-workers much more after meeting with this group of weirdos. Except for the vending lounge, I was uninpressed with the office environment in general - a generic maze of cubes and the color of the walls was supposed to tell you where you were. From what I was told, this sounded like a place that expecting a minimum of 40 hours a week so I would at least like a more pleasant environment to be in.
Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 3 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Travelers.

It was an in-person interview at a conference job fair. I will say that the majority of the interview was more personality-driven than technically driven. I spoke with 4 different people who asked about 5 questions each. They were all very nice and very professional.

Recruiter first asked some preliminary questions about being able to legally work in the US, reliable transportation, and distance from office. Official initial interview lasted 30 mins and consisted of only 4 questions. Pretty straight forward and non-technical. Said I can expect to hear back within 2-3 weeks. I am filling this out same day as interview so I do not know if I will be offered the position or not.

What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and your greatest weaknesses? How have they affected you or your work?
Interviewed at Grace Hopper. Two interviewers (both program coordinators, not really IT related) asked mostly resume and behavioral questions. They were very nice and the overall experience was stress free.
