      First there's an assessment then a phone interview followed by a zoom interview. SMART goals are important and answer utilizing the STAR method. The more descriptive you can be with real-life scenarios the better.

      Entrevista

      I applied on the company website and was contacted by a recruiter within the next day or 2 for a phone interview. This recruiter was amazing. She explained the benefits of working for Travelers and their unique company culture— which I appreciated bc I was already interviewing with several companies. Her name was Patricia and the ensuing phone interview was very thorough. This was good because she was really getting to know me and my qualifications to see if I was a good fit for the position. She then gave great advice about the next step— the panel Zoom interview— I felt really supported, which is how everyone at Travelers operates. My zoom IV was with 2 managers, who were really friendly. They said went through my resume and asked STAR questions. Patricia’s phone IV prepared me for this one and it was a great experience. She called me soon after with an offer. The entire process was quick, efficient, thorough, and pleasant. It was a great experience and I feel really lucky for all of the guidance and respect I received— They really care about their people and work diligently to support you every step of the way!
