It was a 2-Step interviewing process. The first part was a 30 minute phone interview and the second part was about a 2 hour video-based interview with the hiring manager and another experienced auditor where I was asked a series of performance-related questions and behavioral based questions. After the phone interview I was emailed a document with advice on how to answer the behavioral questions with sample questions, which I used to prepare myself and almost all the behavioral questions, except for one came from that sheet. They provided me with the tools for success leaving me with a very positive interviewing experience!
