I had a lot of ongoing communication with the HR starting on Nov 2nd. I had 3 total rounds of interview, all virtual video call. First interview was end of Nov with the hiring manager and was very conversational, I felt very comfortable and had a great conversation, it wasn't very technical. 3nd interview was beginning of Dec with the tech team leads and they asked me to describe the projects I'd already worked in and a lot of tech questions related to that. Then there was a lot of silence since it was year end, but HR contacted me again to schedule a 3rd round for Jan beginning combining all the same previous people that interviewed me and also some new people. 3rd was in a similar format to the 2nd interview. Received an offer the next week and I accepted.
