After applying, the assignment ones done if they like what they see you'll schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went over the resume and like 2 or 3 behavioral questions then went on to the second interview which was with Two people going over the resume and like 8 behavioral questions I think it was. i choked on the last 2 questions. i think it went well until like the last 2 or 3 questions, the other issue I had was the interviewer was straight looking at his phone texting and also should have been taking notes and was most likely sending chats in teams. After I did a shadowing with one of the reps in the position and ended. It has been a week heard nothing so I know I didn't get it. Also I've seen people get 3 interviews crazy, its a basic role but they excaudate it.
