Submitted CV via Indeed and got an Initial Telephonic Interview, 2nd telephonic interview with a hotel manager and final telephonic Interview with Hotel Manager and an Area Manager. After 3 successful interviews got a provisional offer which somehow could not accept and declined the offer.

Mia from the Recruitment department did the telephone interview with me and it was very relaxed and l had the chance to share my experience and why l would be suitable for the job, she was so helpful and really saw the potential and how l would be ideal for the role. Unfortunately l did not get to the next stage with was a shame l know everyone cant be successful but think having been a GM previously for another company maybe this could have been a factor due to the type of role applying for. l have had a successful career and could have bought my experience and success to Travelodge
