Very long process, even for the starting position. Started with a short call with HR. Then, few days later a long 30-40 min call with HR. General question about your current job, about your interests, what do you know about the company, why are you interested in this specific job. Then 40-60 min interview (was suppose to be face-to-face or video from one office to another, but at the end was video from home). A lot of questions about the industry, company, competitors, how the company operates, etc. Some competency questions as well. After the interview there are two 30min long tests: 1) to write up a deal proposal; 2) calculate some financial returns and compare two deal options. I didn’t get an offer at the end, however they do give you some feedback, which is always nice. Although, my feedback was a bit unhelpful as I was told that they liked me as a person, I have good experience, but not enough experience specifically in the industry, which was very frustrating. But overall, all communications were through an excellent HR professional, she was lovely and very helpful.
