I found the job offer on Bloomberg jobs and emailed my resume and cover letter to the contact provided. Planning was a little messy as the secretary called and made an appointment for me but then had to change it as the hiring manager had a meeting come up. I had one interview and the questions were almost all fit - "Tell me about your leadership experience," "tell me about how you work in a team," etc., along with the basic questions about my work experience, computer expertise and basic concepts involved in the industry (confirmations and settlements processes, collateral management, pnl reporting, etc.).
