Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa TreasurySpring.
Entrevista
Interview with a recruiter, followed by a few interviews and a task. There were more stages, but that was where my journey ended. The recruiter was really helpful and gave a lot of information in the first stage. Everyone was great to talk to, there's a lot of passion in the company. The process was laid out nicely, a little slow at times to get feedback, but I was given full feedback at each stage.

Really nice company, wasn't the right role for me in the end, but everyone was very friendly and the recruiter kept me up to date with what was happening in the process the entire time.

Applied online, heard back within what I considered a reasonable amount of time. Interview was scheduled quickly - no issues there.
1st interview:
This is a Marketing Lead position with 2 direct reports, and needs to have knowledge of a wide range of marketing channels in order to work efficiently with the team and activate campaigns.
Salary was presented as £60-65k with a bonus of 10-30% of 1/3rd of your salary (paid every 4 months). So, 2,167 - 6,500 GBP in commission. Probably looking at max £70k if you perform well. Unclear if that's company performance or individual, and they were not able to clarify that on the interview.
When challenged on the salary - it was mentioned that they're a start-up. This company has raised $29million in Series B and apparently are not leveraging this pot of cash at the minute.
In my opinion, even though they have the cash to pay - they are not paying a fair market rate for a Marketing Lead and the responsibilities involved (based on other recruitment processes I am in the process with).
Naturally - I opted out of this process when I learned this.
Very low turnover of staff in this company. Hybrid role, 2 days per week from Green Park.
