Initial phone screen with corporate recruiter. Very professional.
Short phone screen with 3 person local leadership. One didn’t show for the screen.
On site tour and interview with same 3 person team. Same one didn’t show.
The team was very busy and the interview felt rushed. Felt like the local team was pressured to interview for a position that they did not want to fill.

First phone interview was positive about 1 hour and relevant.
The second personal interview with a few from the management OK, positive immediate feedback and then I never heard a word from them, didn't answer my emails or returned calls. After driving 130 miles to get there they didn't even bother sending me an email or picking up the phone. Disrespectful bunch.
