Entrevista
I would describe the interview process as a WASTE OF TIME ( atleast for experienced people ). Seems like they don't want to hire people just want to waste their time.

Pergunta 1
L1 technical round - basic sql , whole project concept and working. ( 30 mins )
L2 technical round - Thorough technical discussion, very less questions from informatica , more from dwh and sql. (30-45 mins)
Mangerial Round - The interviewer asked a hell lot of questions and explained well about the role and firm. This is where you come to know that they will take you ( an experienced professional with more than 3 years of experience) and train as a fresher on different technologies and deploy you as shadow in project . In case if you agree and even if the whole process appears to have gone well, the contact person calls you and tells you that they want to conduct another managerial round as they think your skillset is different . I don't understand the concept of one more managerial round for skill assessment.

Entrevista
First round was written test. This has lot of sql questions. There is no difference for experienced or fresher, everyone has to take written test.
Second round was technical which was tough.
They treat all the candidates really good. Whole interview process take lot of time almost a day and tredence provide all the snacks and drinks for candidates.
