      I had an online assessment and then one technical round so far. I would like to give feedback about the technical round taken by Tredence employee. I usually keep my camera on for all of my interviews, but her camera was off. So I thought of turning it off as I thought she doesn't want to be on video so it should be fine for me to turn off my video. Immediately she asked me to turn on my camera , I found it very rude. She asked me ML, Deep learning questions I answered, but I didnt get any feedback on any of my answers like- ok, correct or not correct. It seems she has some prepared script of questions and I felt like talking to a machine without any video or feedback from other side. This is the worst interview I have ever had in my life. But I patiently tried to answer her all questions. She tested me for python syntax which is insane, most of the great companies are concerned about approach of any problem but she wanted to test my remembering skills on pandas syntax. To answer some of her questions, I was remembering and writing formulas on paper, she said are you cheating from your notes? Then I showed her my paper that I am writing formula's you are asking and not cheating. I can sense the work culture in their company. I would never want to work in such team, I know I can;t generalise the team by seeing one person. But still I felt pissed off after this interview. Tredence should improve their interview process for sure.

      Its a quite tough in terms of DS.Not sure about the expectation.the interviewer was ok not that involve in interviewing.it was more of target interviewer.Also the questions in in the terms of AI generation is not relevent.

      Entrevista

      Went through two rounds of interviews with Tredence. The first round was a positive experience. The interviewer was respectful, prepared, and asked questions that were relevant to the position to which I was applying. The technical level of the interview was difficult to seemed fair. The second interviewer was the polar opposite of the first. He literally took the interview from his car and made a point -- a proud point -- of saying he was in his car at the start of the interview. He also proudly pointed out that he had not read my CV prior to the interview. The whole tone of the interview was highly adversarial and aggressive. The interviewer kept jumping from topic to topic and trying to ask me gotcha questions, including questions about specialized DevOps processes that were mostly irrelevant to a Data Science position. He apparently failed me, though I was considering withdrawing from the process from my end even before I found out about the rejection from the second interviewer based on the negative experience with the interview.

      Highly Unpleasant and Unprofessional Interview Experience My interview experience was extremely disappointing. Right from the start, the interviewers came across as rude and dismissive. They seemed more interested in hearing specific jargon around machine learning theory than actually assessing understanding. If you didn’t use the exact buzzwords they expected, they would abruptly say things like “you don’t even know this,” without giving you a fair chance to explain. The scheduling was chaotic and inconsiderate. One round was rescheduled even after I had already joined the meeting. I waited for 10 minutes only to be told it would be moved to Friday. Then, without notice, that round was preponed to the same day. I still made myself available, and the interview went well. Later that evening, around 7 PM, the Talent Acquisition (TA) team called and asked if I could attend the final round at 8 PM. I agreed, but again, the interviewer was rude and repeatedly emphasized he had “very limited time,” which made the interaction rushed and uncomfortable. Despite this, I felt the round went well. To my surprise, the following Monday, the TA called saying they wanted to re-evaluate and conduct the third round again. Since I already had another offer and my joining date was just two days away, I requested to prepone the interview. They declined, asked for details about my offer, and when they found they couldn’t match the compensation, they made no further effort to adjust the schedule. Finally, on the day they wanted to conduct the interview, I had already joined another organization. There was no point in continuing, given the poor communication, constant rescheduling, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to meet salary expectations. Candidates deserve a transparent, respectful, and efficient process—this experience was far from it.
