Tredence’s selection process includes an Online Assessment (OA), followed by an AI-based communication round to evaluate verbal and interpersonal skills, two technical interview rounds to assess problem-solving and domain knowledge, and finally an HR round focusing on fit and aspirations.

1. compared a list and a tupple and asked abt the output.
2.there were 3 queries written , and i had to tell

It included 3 rounds of interview. 1st one being basic technical then advanced and atlast HR round. 1 st round of interview would have basically basic python, dsa and dbms. The next would have advanced topics like data warehousing.

Questions are easy, 2 tech rounds and 1 HR round, I accepted the offer which is average industry standard, but for freshers, it is a good for learning. Flexible timings, reviews are moderate. Future growth co.
